I get "No permission to view ticket" on ticket 1204, which allegedly contains info about the server needed for bug 29550.

Rob fixed this for me individually by assigning me to the engineering group. By default all non-private tickets really ought to be visible to all users, so that isn't a case people should be ending up in...

RT #1204 was requesting installation of the server dedicated to TestSwarm / Jenkins .. I have resolved it.
Issue reported by Brion does not seem related to bug 29550 (migrating TW to a new server). So I am removing this ticket as blocking 29550.
