Assuming that the web page:
 http://svn.wikimedia.org/users.php
is generated automatically from svn data,
may I suggest to add 
 id="svn-username"
to table rows. This may save users some
scrolling after following links to the page.

I had a look around in svn and couldn't find the page since memory vaguely suggests we manually wrote this one.
