reverting Priority change, This alters the page view (for the worse) so I disagree that it should be changed to low.

I apologize that there was no explanation for bumping the bug's priority down. Here is the  reason:

With the except of the conversation generated by my early priority change, this bug has not been touched in at least six months. With this in mind, I've been asked by the bugmeister to bump this bug's priority down for "High". Concerns should be addressed to mah@everybody.org.

I'm not able to reproduce this. The signature is still there, with both <small> and </small>.
