Description Vaibhav Jain 2011-08-20 11:45:18 UTC
Please create the Hindi version of Wikimedia laboratories at

hi.labs.wikimedia.org

Currently only English and German version are present. Recently it was tried to employ many extensions on Hindi Wikipedia, and the community will like to have a lab to test future extension an then employ them on hi projects. Also, a own lab would be better for testing hiwiki specific extensions.

I believe we use prototypes for that functionality these days.
Comment 2 Vaibhav Jain 2011-08-20 11:50:21 UTC
Prototype wiki is currently being used for testing the Mediawiki 1.17 release.
Comment 3 Chad H. 2011-08-25 01:34:42 UTC
No more labs wikis in this style are being deployed anymore, so I'm closing WONTFIX.

When Ryan is done with the new labs and they're available for use, I'm sure he will announce it and provide people a way to deploy new sites for exactly this sort of testing.
