In Special:MovePage, there are two textual inputs, wpNewTitle, an input for the page to be moved to, and wpReason, a textarea for the reason of the change.

I have found that functionally, the length of 40 characters for this inputbox is too small for many of the pagemoves I do, and that extending it to the same length as the textarea (60 cols/chars) would make it possible to see the entire title at once.

As such, I file this bug.

Note the comments at bug 13627 - there's some concern that making them the same size will cause confusion. (although at the very least, 60 or 80 characters seems like a more sensible number)

Made wpNewTitle 60 characters wide.  Fixed in trunk.  r102583
