Got a bunch of links like this from Google Webmaster Tools. They are all format vcard and all give the same error.

Thanks for reporting this. No one took care of making vCard compatible with SMW 1.6 and later yet, so I just did that now in r96231. It's be geart if you could confirm this fixes your issue; I don't have any vCard demo data locally to test with.
