I'm not well versed with it, but may add all of messages (MessagesKk.php, MessagesKk_cyrl.php, MessagesKk_latn.php, MessagesKk_arab.php) a line $linkTrail.... and copy all of text of MessagesKk_latn to MessagesKk.php? The main language is "kk-cyrl" (because kk disable). Sorry if I'm wrong =)

You will have to wait until this gets deployed on the Wikimedia cluster. Given the upcoming 1.18 deployment this may take up to two weeks (estimate).

For your information, we think it is a problem that we are not making clear to you how things work. I will look into how the information for those not having knowledge about how something that has been changed in MediaWiki can or will end up in the software the Wikimedia is running, can be improved. Current thoughts are to use some boiler plate text piece containing some explanation and links.
As this fix was just merged to 1.17wmf1, it is expected to be Live in Wikimedia within minutes, if not already. Do realise you may need to purge page cache because the link trail results are cached.
