Please set "Berlin/Rome" as the timezone on lmo.wikipedia, per local consensus

There is no timezeone "Berlin/Rome", there is "Europe/Berlin" and "Europe/Rome" though

Oh I see, actually I'm some reminescence of some mediawiki's installation I made. Anyway, Europe/Rome will be ok.
