Right now, watchlists contain diff size information. It would be great if the contribution lists also showed it.

I remember hearing a discussion about this somewhere that had proposed joining on rev_parent_id to find the previous revision, and calc the difference.

See also bug 24037, which either asks for the same thing, or asks for adding just the full size and not the change size.
