Importing XML dump (current only) of MySQL data into empty Postgresql loses original Main Page.

New Main Page is generic MediaWiki fresh install.

XML does contain data for original Main Page:

  <page>
    <title>Main Page</title>
    <id>1</id>
...
[[Category:Top Level]]</text>

The old Main Page contents will still be in the history. MW is showing you the fresh install page because its timestamp is newer. Go into the history of the main page and revert the last edit, that'll fix it.
