Pages "&", "&a", "&am", "&amp" produce the expected "article not found" page.
Pages "©", "<", ">", """ produce the expected "bad title" page.

Page "&" produces an error page with the following footer:

It's intended. It blocks bad spiders and other broken bots efficiently.
