1) Using a mobile phone follow the link to the pc site
2) Log in
3) See 403 error page

This could be related to Bug 30951

Sounds like the same basic issue: follow a link to the regular view, perform an action, and find yourself redirected back to the mobile site where it fails.

Resolved as of mobile changes for log in.
