Template fails to load after selecting a License in the dropdown list in IE8.  A spinning clock appears and does not stop until teh page is closed. 

This does not occur in Firefox or Chrome.

could you upgrade to 1.17 and see if the problem is still there?

This might be one of those regressions that broke the API due to misplaced checks for IE 6 security problems.

I upgraded to 1.17.0 and the problem is no longer present. I guess it is still present for all those using 1.16.5 with IE 8.  Thanks.
