I am workiong in translation for Nan language.
http://translatewiki.net/wiki/Portal:Nan

I need a variant (nan-TW) for localisation on Taiwan, using Hani or Hani-latin scripts. And have a choise with that on user preference setting for interface language. Who can help me to do that? Thank you.

If it's about TWN you should ask there, we've partly documented the process at https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Translatewiki.net_languages
