There is a request to unlock the Oriya Wiktionary. There is a community who wants to revive this project and they have a substantial amount of lexical content for their languages.

The localisation for Oriya is such that the language committee is happy for this project to be unlocked. This is also because there is a Wikimeet and unlocking the Wiktionary will bring enthusiasm to the or.community.

Looks like this has already been removed from closed.dblist

And editing seems to work..

I have tested that we can edit. Brion removed the site notice indicating that the system is locked. I have informed the India mailing list that the Wiktionary is the first project to be unlocked.
