Looking at your wiki, you have an import group, but no one can add/remove it

When I Open the 'Special:Import' page, I see this:No transwiki import sources have been defined and direct history uploads are disabled. 
What does it mean ??

I did as requested, enabled import.

Transwiki import sources are other wikis you can import (copy) pages from

I'm not sure what direct history uploads actually are...

Hello Sam, I had a chat with Pathoschild, He said It can be fixed soon. 
So can you add him to the list. So have it reopened. Thanks

I can't fix this myself, but ansuman would like import sources added for enwiki and commons.
