excuse me for last message. Would you please activating Proofread Page extension for fa.wikisource?
It looks already activated to me (but it does appear to be missing the index namespace, which probably is screwing things up. )
also it doesn't activated for other wikisources such as (de,fr,ja,ko,...)

Can't remember)
thank you for your advice it solved with js that was in mediawiki:common.js
Changing status to "invalid" [although really, that sort of thing should be in the extension itself instead of the local js] (I assume setting to assigned wasn't what you meant) cheers.

And no such index page exists. So I'd call this normal behaviour... However, fawikisource currently doesn't have an index namespace which it should (doesn't cause this error specificly, but it really should have one). So, it should have a new namespace named اندیس (I have no idea what the talk namespace should be. Whatever index_talk is translated into fa). Additionally, the namespace should have an alias named 'Index' (since all the other wikisources do). (cc'ing thomasV who knows about the extension in case I said anything overly stupid, so he could correct me)
please add these alternatives alias named for fa.wikisource for index==>فهرست for index_talk==>بحث فهرست
Please disregard the above suggested persian expression for index_talk. Use instead for index_talk گفتگوی فهرست Bellavista1957 Admin fa Wikisource p.s. Please do contact Admin before changing or adding name space

The index page is a template defined in ''MediaWiki:Proofreadpage index template'' The display of the page is controlled by a javascript at ''MediaWiki:Proofreadpage js attributes''. The edit "form" for the page is another javascript defined by ''MediaWiki:Proofreadpage index attributes''. ''MediaWiki:Proofreadpage index namespace'' is necessary to tell the scripts what the local name of the namespace is. There are links for comparison between Latin Wikisource and English Wikisource in my userspace at http://la.wikisource.org/wiki/Usor:Doug/mw (not everything on that page is relevant, just the top part. You should also review http://wikisource.org/wiki/Wikisource:ProofreadPage#Configuring_index_pages. You can temporarily bypass the javascript forms by turning off your javascript and view the raw edit mode of the index page, this should make the situation clear. But you appear to know this as these are all defined on fa.ws

Since the namespace issue has been dealt with, I am closing this bug.
