Patch to fix the autogenerated documentation

In the automatically-generated documentation, the parameters rvdir, rvuser, and rvexcludeuser are not marked as "(enum)" even though they are restricted to single-page mode.

This happened also in 1.18 and my change got merged. Should be in next tarball.
