The Sinhala wiki community has decided to install Narayam extension on all
Sinhala Wikiprojects for inputting Sinhala Text. A discussion was started,
and consensus was obtained. The discussion happened here:

Hence, I would like to request installation Narayam for Sinhala in Sinhala
Wikipedia, Wiktionary,and Wikibooks.

Then $wgNarayamEnabledByDefault should be false

$wgNarayamEnabledByDefault = false;

That would seem to suggest there's a few Narayam revisions that need deploying first.

Which I believe get done as part of the l10n/i18n deployments

I think it can be delivered, at least r99033 as of current status.
