The screenshot shows that the buttons to collapse/expand are not aligned correctly. The triangle should probably point to the middle of the line. Screenshot is taken in monobook, but the same behavior can be seen in vector, too. I added the red lines to show how the buttons are aligned.

Screenshot was taken with Firefox 3.6 on Windows, the arrows are misaligned in Internet Explorer 8, too. But with newer versions of Firefox on Linux the alignment is correct.

Another issue which maight be related:
in Opera (11.60 and latest 11.61) clicking just above the arrow makes the page jump to the top. Apparently onclick is missed and href="#" is executed.

The position of the images was changed from center to bottom with Gerrit change #54136. Needs testing, if this is now better.
