(logged-off only in Opera, Firefox and IE ;)) at apparently random occurence a wrong version of flaggedrevs.js is loaded which is a 404 error subsequently leading to a JS error: http://bits.wikimedia.org/w/extensions-1.17/FlaggedRevs/client/flaggedrevs.js?87&301-3 in a next try (random article function) it is: http://bits.wikimedia.org/w/extensions-1.17/FlaggedRevs/client/flaggedrevs.js?87&301-4 which is okay (304) The same happened on 2011-10-01 https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31301 test URL: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spezial:Zufällige_Seite Firefox Web and JS messages filtered for "FlaggedRevs" at repeatedly calling http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spezial:Zufällige_Seite (logged-off) http://pastebin.com/0KVyAgK2
What is still using the 1.17 version of that url?

Sounds like those are on cached pages rendered by MediaWiki 1.17 and still sitting in proxy caches.
Looks like that issue fixed itself probably by automatic cache expiration. So I am assuming it is fixed.
