When the UploadWizard extension is checked during a default mediawiki install, the intall does not complete. Steps to reproduce: * from a bare system, install apache, php, mysql, etc. * svn checkout trunk for 'phase3' in the apache docroot * in the phase3/extensions folder, svn checkout trunk/extensions/UploadWizard * point your web browser at phase3 to start the installation * during installation, check the box to include UploadWizard * go the rest of the way through the intsallation to where it should be generating the LocalSettings.php Observe: the install stops midway when trying to set up UploadWizard Observe: in the apache error log, the following line appears: [Tue Oct 11 18:10:23 2011] [error] [client 216.38.130.166] PHP Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, class 'UploadWizardHooks' not found in /var/www/html/phase3/includes/Hooks.php on line 216, referer: http://ec2-50-17-80-161.compute-1.amazonaws.com/phase3/mw-config/index.php?page=Install extra info: I started with a Amazon Linux 64bit ec2 instance.
