The possible coexistence of two keys, one unique and one not unique for the same field (uoi_user) could be the reason for several bug reports some users have filed in the past.

Has the presence of two keys been investigated in relation to these bug reports?

In the meantime, this bug has not been touched in at least six months. With this in mind, I've been asked by the bugmeister to bump this bug's priority down for "High". Concerns can be addressed to mah@everybody.org.
