On page
http://localhost/mediawiki/mw-config/index.php?page=Language
if the user press TAB key after selection his/her language he/she goes to the field to select the wiki language and if he/she press TAB again the focus goes to the LOGO instead of the button for continuing the instalation.

I think this should be changed to facilitate the use of TAB during the instalation.

Could you provide a patch to fix the tab ordering? http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/interact/forms.html#adef-tabindex

Fix tabindex on language page of installer

Adds missing tabindex to the select dropdowns for the languages so tabbing order will go Your language -> Wiki language -> Continue as it should.
