Tested with SDK emulator. Popup menu on 'menu' key and when hitting 'more' from there show several items missing entirely.

Actually I'm seeing this on 2.3.3 as well...

I tried to reproduce this issue on 2.3.3 (emulator), 4.0 (emulator), 2.3.7 (cyanogenmod Galaxy S) but was not able to. 

Is this still an issue? Brion can you confirm?
