Description methuzla 2011-10-20 11:10:42 UTC
Article feedback (in Firefox)

not signed in:

did my rating,
nominated self as expert (huh)
was presented with some questions & boxes for feedback feedback suggestions
which I wrote up at some length.

submit failed
(maybe a time-out?)
(maybe some feature of the format of comment, which I had c/pst'd to an editor?)

Not too displeased at that point, because I'd said "no" (for now) to "do you want to help", and subsequently decided I'd like feedback feedback feedback.

Tried again.

"do you want to help?" yes, but this only asks for my sign in.
Why it not say, "you want sign-in now, please?" in Ingklish?

My expertise only elicits fewer questions, no invitation to help, and no boxes to re-submit my comments.

tried again, I did.

still no boxes for comments

(Is what I'm seeing here that I've already "offered to help", so I don't get another opportunity to revise or anything?)

bah!

Hi methuzla, this is a pretty confusing bug description. If you still can reproduce the problem, can you please explain?

I wanted to follow your steps but I'm getting lost. In the meantime Article Feedback has been deployed in different sites, so I assume the problem you encountered was either occasional or just some confusion.

Resolving as INVALID. Please reopen if you disagree. Thank you.
