noticed when looking at bug 24708

Appears as if WikiLove is not checking that some title object it makes is actually a valid title.

Go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:/  (or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:/ )

Gets error: PHP fatal error in /usr/local/apache/common-local/php-1.18/extensions/WikiLove/WikiLove.hooks.php line 185:
Call to a member function getTalkPage() on a non-object 

(the user_talk case gives: PHP fatal error in /usr/local/apache/common-local/php-1.18/extensions/WikiLove/WikiLove.hooks.php line 192:
Call to a member function isRedirect() on a non-object  )

I believe this was fixed in r99374.

Both are the same error, but are missing the same error handling trunk has
