Currently the preference is "Disable Narayam Input Method Editor (IME)". This should be change to a positive preference like Enable Narayam Input... with default value positive. Negative preferences are confusing and sometimes require double negation to get the actual meaning.

r107563 addressed this. A migration script also need to be prepared. Amir working on that.
