We need to re-organize how we handle mobile bugs in bugzilla. I propose moving the "Wikipedia App" into a top level product. Then we can add specific versions and operating systems for WebOS, BlackBerry, iOS, etc. 

This is important as we need to organize our work as we pick up more platforms. 

I'll add more notes a bit later.
