Probable 1.18 regression (I'm told this started around update time)

{{Special:OldReviewedPages}} (aka special:pendingchanges now a days) translcuded on a page outputs nothing.

Just tested this now on enwikinews (we transclude that page on [[n:category:Review]]). Directly viewing the page had "Banned Chinese medicine still on sale in United Kingdom (hist) (+36) (review) (257 days) [checked] (2 active users watching)" on it, but the transclusion had nothing. Purging the page that transcluded the special page had no affect (Not that it really should since I don't think special page transclusions are cached, but though I'd check).

Expected behaviour:

Transcluding that page gives a list of pages needing to be re-sighted.
