It can be nice to get external links in descending order. Please add a
eudir param with 'ascending' and 'descending'.

It is not easy to get nice queries here, see also bug 32401

primary key was added with Gerrit change #51675, maybe that helps

No, it doesn't really. We might be able to do something useful here after bug 57176 gets fixed.
