When running update.php to update from MW 1.17 to MW 1.18 (/branches/REL1_18/phase3 r103033) I get:

Fatal error: Class 'LoggedUpdateMaintenance' not found in .../maintenance/fixExtLinksProtocolRelative.php on line 27

Fix: Include the abstract class LoggedUpdateMaintenance in maintenance/Maintenance.php as on trunk.

Should already be included in r103033

Though, note SVN is broken atm seemingly...
