A prerequisite for installing TestSwarm in our common infrastructure with Cruise Control (bug 29550) is to have a .deb for TestSwarm.  This bug is for completing that task.

Successfully installed it on a clean Debian install and basic functionalities seems to work.

Now pending ops review and deployement.

Got the package deployed on a virtual machine, had to update some puppet classes meanwhile.

The package should install smoothly now.

Testswarm got packaged and the configuration uploaded in SVN ( /trunk/debs/testswarm ).

Still need to have it build and uploaded to apt.wikimedia.org though but that is another issue.
