The description of action=edit contains the params captchaid/captchaword, but the params are only needed for the captcha extension. Please move the params to the captcha extension, because not all installation has this installed and need the params.

Done in r104064

Minor remnants (setting of wgRequest stuff) left in core, due to it being the simplest way...
