The ucompare caption is missing in the deployed Special:VipsTest. I have reproduced the issue in my local 1.18wmf1 install, but it does not happen in trunk.

Thanks Bryan for finding this.  I have applied the change to wmf with r104663

Pending deployment on live servers.

Deployed by Tim about an hour ago. Caption are now showing on test2.wikimedia.org.
