The link that should be in the "personal appeal" button name "Read now" does not work. 
Various instences of appeal were tested over many days and all give nothing (do not call up the corresponing page).

I think this bug hinders the revenue steam of wikipedia and so I consider it critical.

PS I noticed that "Error in page" is indicated when rendering the main page of wikipedia (and other many other pages). So the issue may be more generic.
