When I click on 'Post your feedback' the first time, it does nothing -- and I have to click a second time to post my feedback. 

This corresponds to OmniTI bug #50:

The Great Double Submit Conundrum
If you enter in 2 types of feedback in one submit (ex: rating and comment or yes/no and comment or tag and comment)  you will have to click on the submit button twice.
