The Thai Wikipedia community has a consensus to block all edits coming from a proxy. As per http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Proxy_blocking, it says that we need to set $wgEnableSorbs = true. However, if other necessary steps need to be done, please go ahead and do so. The community intends to block proxy edits regardless of technical implementation.
