I have a field like this:

{{{field | Caption | input type=textarea | rows=2 | cols=35}}}

the cols= parameter works correctly in 2.2.1 but not in 2.3.1

Whoops, submitted too quickly. 

The behavior in 2.3.1 is for the field to extend to full width of the screen, without being restricted to 35 columns, like it is in SF 2.2.1
