Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

This ticket includes 3 separate requests about feedback form Option 2 (to address concerns from WMF legal that this UI is too close to GetSatisfaction.com):

1) Change the order of the tabs, as so:
Suggestion, Praise, Problem, Question

2) Replace the 'Problem' label with 'Issue', as so:
Suggestion, Praise, Issue, Question

3) Replace icons for Option 2 with these new icons to be sent by Brandon:
-  Suggestion will remain a lightbulb (but if Brandon has time he'll stylize it so that it's consistent with the other icons)
- Praise will be the Moodbar happy face
- Problem/Issue will be the Moodbar unhappy face
- Question will be the Moodbar confused face

Note: Brandon may not be able to send these new icons until the end of his day, which means that this icon replacement may not take place until Monday or Tuesday.
