Is it also a bug in MobileFrontend that .m. should be added to those interwikis, and does this bug depend on that one?

I'm confused. Are you asking if .m should be appended to the URL's on mobile ? If so then for the time being yes.

The content of the bug is now bug 32982 and I was asking if this bug depends on that.

This bug is, if I choose English in the settings of mobile app and read [[User:Liangent/mtest]], then tap the link, I expect that it loads [[de:User:Liangent/mtest]] for me inside the app, instead of in a browser outside.
