One can't access Special:Specialpages on 1.18 running Extension:Maintenance, as it gives this error:

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate abstract class Maintenance in C:\Users\myaw\Desktop\Manish\PHP\mediawiki\mw\includes\SpecialPageFactory.php on line 318

The extension probably needs to be updated to avoid a naming conflict.

Doesn't happen for me using current trunk or 1.18 versions of extension; try redownloading it from http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:ExtensionDistributor/Maintenance
