On http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Liangent/mtest the link points to http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Liangent/mtest . However I guess it could be better if it points to http://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Liangent/mtest .

The problem here is not in MF, strictly speaking, it's in core's inability to use different interwiki destinations for different domains.
