Description Fabrice Florin 2011-12-12 18:42:30 UTC
If a browser or OS platform is not supported for phase 1.0, do not show AFTv5, and show AFTv4 instead (or nothing).

Here is the list of supported platforms for AFTv5 phase 1.0:

As discussed in the Dec. 12 weekly team meeting, we need to test that IE6 in particular is being disabled correctly, as that unsupported platform is very likely to malfunction.

If necessary, OmniTI may need to outsource this test and let Fabrice know what costs would be involve for this or other configuration testing.

Where are we in our test of this important issue for launch?

Are you able to confirm this works as intended?
Comment 3 Yoni Shostak 2011-12-14 18:16:05 UTC
Specifically disabled:
1. MSIE 6
2. Anything on iOS (iPhone, iPod, iPad)
3 .Anything on Android

Testing was performed by forging user-agent strings. Lists of user-agent strings for testing can be obtained at: http://www.useragentstring.com
