Steps:

* open http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:VisualEditorSandbox in stock browser on Android 2.3.6
* zoom in
* start typing
* keep typing until you fall off the edge of the screen

Expected behavior:
* viewport should move to follow caret

Actual behavior:
* doesn't :)

Tested on Nexus 1, Android 2.3.6.

This should be fixable by not only moving the hidden textarea vertically with the cursor (which we already do) but also horizontally (which we don't do yet). An earlier version of the demo did this, and it worked well.

Excellent... sounds like that should do it. Might actually consider making it non-hidden, may help with some of the IME issues (but will need to be handled carefully)

Fixed in new version of VE through using native implementation.
