1. Click on vertical link
2. Enter feedback and submit

Vertical link disappears, though on page reload, it reappears.  It should stay in place.

This behavior was specifically requested -- I believe with the intent of discouraging multiple comments, since we're keeping everything rather than replacing old feedback (as in AFTv4).

Is it confirmed that this requirement has been changed?
