After installing latest Mediawiki script i change language from localsettings.php("en" to "fa") but some pages are readable and some page are not

What server/webhost are you using? Looks like it is taking over any "no such page" errors (which you get because the name of main page has changed).

This is not strictly MediaWiki's fault.

https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:Code/MediaWiki/105645 might help to solve your problems, but it is not in 1.18 as far as I know.

I do changes but nothing happened but when i edit the index thenfixed and turn to readable language. only red links (like my ip or my username link) have this problem

Fixed after changing host
