Currently, users of private wikis like officewiki don't appear to have the means of resetting their passwords.

Repro:
1.  Visit http://office.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:UserLogin
2.  Click "Forgotten your login details?"

Expected: password reset screen
Actual: "Login required" screen
