When a user clicks the "submit a bug" button on our wiki, they are taken to a Special:FormEdit page.

If they are not logged in, then they see this text:

> You do not have permission to edit this page, for the following reason:

> The action you have requested is limited to users in the group: Users.

It would be nice if a there was text and a link that invited the user to log in or sign up for an account, or a redirect to the login page, especially if that page is editable by a normal user.

That sounds like a good idea, but that text and behavior are coming straight from MediaWiki itself - to change this would ideally involve a change to MediaWiki itself. I'm marking this as "WONTFIX", but I urge you to create a bug report for MediaWiki itself for this issue - that kind of change could potentially be helpful for a lot of different cases.
