Sometimes the CSS of hugsmile.t15.org/wiki won't load
I think it's because the numerous errors in the vector skin (144):

No that isn't it. Your hoster is inserting content into all pages, (html, javascript AND CSS).
This is not valid and this is causing your problems.

You can't it's part of their hosting. Get a real web host instead of bothering with the crap setup that free web hosts have.
